This is package is for 2 Event Helpers for the duration of 4 hours. Event Helpers are in place to ensure that your event is running smoothly.

Duties for Event Helpers:

  • Setting Up (no decor included)

  • Directing Guest

  • Managing Cocktail Hour

  • Serving Food (no food provided)

  • Clearing Tables

  • Packing Food/Items (no plates or product provided)

  • Clean up (Cleaning solution, clothes, broom, vacuum, and gloves, are provided) (No trash bags are provided)

*This package is best for an event with 15-50 guest*

Event Helpers will be in place for 4 hours. Please specify at the time of purchase what duties you are needing from the event helpers. If your event does not start on time and the event helpers do not finish their task, you will have to purchase additional hours.

Please Note:

  • The Event Helpers DO NOT load items into vehicles.

  • The Event Helpers DO NOT haul trash. If you need Trash Services, this is an additional service.

  • The Event Helpers WILL NOT leave to retrieve items that you may have forgotten.

  • The Event Helpers DO NOT complete venue walk throughs at the end of the night.
